Well if you live here don't choose a unit by the pool because they won't do a thing about the excessive noise. They'll tell you they leave the pool open 24 hrs because the clients like it. What about the clients who don't like the noise''!! Well, if you live by the pool be prepared to be woken up on a constant basis. Most every day in the summer. People out there at 3 a.m. drinking, partying, some even nakid and a rare few having sex.

Noise between apartments is pretty loud too. It depends on the type of people you live by and they aren't getting any better. Whey they post a "$99 move in" sign out front that's what they get. People who only have $99 dollars. I guess you get what you pay for.

After many attempts to get the pool noise problem fixed, and nearly eight years of living here, I'm moving out at the end of the year because it's just too much trouble to keep going to someone elses house because you can't get any sleep at your own.

Do yourselves a favor. Move to the most unpopulated, quiet part of town that you can. Soon it will be just like this place. Noisy and getting trashier by the day.
