finally its the end of my lease From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Unbelievable noise from upstairs neighbors, management does nothing. Dirty apartment upon move-in, had to ask several times to get it clean. Maintenance walks in to apartment without announcing himself. Car alarms going off 24/7. Garbage trucks at 6 am. Terrible insulation. Poor quality appliances and fixtures. Hard to get ahold of management.
