I've here for about two years and I'm pleased by the complex. The management is helpful, although can be a little intimitating. The grounds are maintained and when my waterheater suddenly sprung a leak it was replaced that very same afternoon. They recently upgraded all of the apartments with new lightfixtures, new towelracks, etc - that's never happened to me in 10 years of apartment renting. I feel safe in the complex itself, but the neighboorhood is a little questionable - I don't go out alone at night. As for the car alarms, yeah, they happen occasionally. And yes, the garbage truck comes early here. But I think that happens anywhere. My big thing is that I have to drive pretty far to find a decent grocery store, or anything else for that matter. Overall though, pretty good.
*update - I moved out at the end of my lease and found a much better place with bigger apartments, with a washer and dryer, nicer complex, and a MUCH better neighborhood. Look around first before you sign on the dotted line.*
