My girlfriend and I stayed here for one year on the third floor. Everything about this place is fantastic! Quiet location, a mile or so from downtown Mesa, excellent and friendly management and maintainence team! Never any problems with noise, or parking. View from the third floor facing mountains is quite a treat. The only reason we left was because we found it necessary to have a washer and dryer in our apartment to fit around our work schedules. Virtually no bugs here. Community is friendly and quiet, grounds are well maintained. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and location. Highly recommended.
