Watch out for Shared Utilities!!

There is a hidden charge (Shared Utilities). This is an added $60 bill that you receive for the utilities that the entire complex uses. For instance, the charges for the lighting in the offices, trash collection, pool water, gas barbecues, etc. are all split up among the residents of the apartment complex. This bill averages about $60 per month. I just wanted to let everyone know because it is in very fine print in the lease agreement.
