This is by far the WORST place I have ever been STUCK in.
The management lies, the "maintenance" takes their sweet time accomplishing anything, and the noise and frequency of police visits is RIDICULOUS!
My upstairs neighbors plumbing got backed up and POURED out of my vents and light fixtures. This was not taken care of immediately as was promised, they scheduled a carpet cleaner to come almost 2 weeks later and then told him my apartment was vacant, so while I was sleeping a strange man walked in on me. A week later they finally rescheduled and THIS time let me know before hand. They ripped holes in the paint on the wall to let water drain out and now, two months later, they still have not been patched. Everytime I call to request maintenance they are surprised to hear what had happened and assure me it will be taken care of immediately.

Maintenance is also supposedly 24 hour, but once I called, it took almost 2 hours for anything response, and by then the situation was underhand, my towels and bathroom rugs were ruined and I have yet to see any form of the promised reimbursement.

They charged me $40 extra for rent because they had printed out the 5 day notices by the time I paid *although they had NOT posted them...*
Also - the walls are ridiculously thin - including the ceiling. You can hear everything from your neighbors having sex next door to what sounds like bowling upstairs. Complaints are not dealt with.

Parking - You have to pay $15 a month for a parking space. Otherwise you will find yourself parking ridiculously far away from your apartment. And even then the towing service they have you use isn't open late nights, when your spot is usually taken by someone attending your obnoxious neighbor's party.

They just repaved the parking lots and are "refurbishing" and "updating" to attract new tenants. They have considerably pissed off the current ones however by changing construction schedules frequently and not getting them to everyone.

The latest complaint is how they towed my car out of my paid-for parking space and are charging me for their troubles - when they could have a.) Let me know I couldn't park there that evening by making sure construction schedules were given to EVERYONE or b.) knock on the door and ask me to move it. Not exactly rocket science.

Oh - and I could keep going...
