I chose this apartment from out of state because I worked in the Bank of America high rise building and I assumed the apartments couldn't be that bad because Fiesta Mall and the B of A building are fairly nice.

I was essentially lied to by the salesperson in the office in regards to my lease. I was told I could break my lease if I agreed to give back the discount I received on my rent for the 6 months I was there. When I wanted to leave, I agreed to pay this back but lo and behold the management charged me with a lease break penalty. It didn't help that the salesperson was no longer there. I even complained to the Better Business Bureau and the manager got wind of this and took it out on me personally. The manager wasn't happy and took it out on me personally by charging me extra to have my carpets cleaned upon leaving even though the carpets were spotless. Furthermore, they charged me more money AFTER they returned my deposit, which I thought they couldn't do. It was a nightmare experience but it should be expected when you deal with a low class apartment like this one. Apartments are going to have a difficult time finding quality talent so they had to settle on the morons that worked here.

I didn't feel safe at these apartments. The gate never worked. There were many gangmembers who would frequent the complex. My neighbors were dealing pot and cocaine and partied really loudly. Many poor people lived here and their children would walk around the complex without clothing. Pets were seen often despite the rule that pets were not allowed. Their swimming pools were dirty.

The gate malfunctioned and was inoperative for a month. Neighbors are ridiculously noisy as the management is lax about letting parties go on. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
