Thank god we only signed a seven month lease, because if we have to live here any longer I would rather cut off my right arm. Many people mentioned the roach problems and they are absolutely true, I don't think a day goes by that I don't kill a stupid roach. The toilets overflow for no reason at least once a month, we informed management about this months ago and they still have not fixed them. The kitchen draw fell out and injured my foot, upon closer inspection, the wood was so rotted that the nails couldn't hold the drawer together. The apartment smells like old people and moth balls, and no matter what you try to do about it, the smell will not go away. The biggest issue that we've experienced is the cable problem. These apartments are wired only for TVMax,but TVMax just got bought out, so some dumbasses in California are running our cable. We recently cancled HBO because we were paying for it, but never got it. We also returned their crappy cable box, because none of the digital channels worked and everytime we set up a trouble call, they wouldn't show. And these are the only people you can have for cable and DirecTV, so you are screwed. Also the water in all of the apartments will just randomly run out of hot water, so there are Saturdays that go by when you have no hot water. The staff is unbelievably ignorant! One time I was trying to pay my rent three days early, and when I walked into the office, the manager of the complex rudely told me that I should pay my rent when it is due, not early and not late, and that I should respect the leasing office hours because it was five minutes to six pm when I walked in. Outrageous! It's also true what other people said about the drug selling that goes on in the apartments, and if there aren't cops in the apartment complex busting someone, they are in the apartment complex next door. If you want to get what you pay for, move here, but I've found several other places in Mesa that charge a few dollars more, but are a lot nicer and hopefully their staff is more competent.

I completely agree with you... here it is July 2008 and nothing has changed. These apartments should be torn down and the office staff should go to some sort of tenant relations class. They are ignorant and completely rude. They are extremely shady as well. Always losing your rent or neglecting to tell you about "specials" they have for paying rent ontime etc. Ridiculous... thank God this is almost over for us too!
