They have changed management again. Besides the fact the this place is truly turning into harlm, now the new managers are charging us when we need maintenance inside the apartment. Can you belive it' Why do we rent, so we don't have to pay for the work that needs to be done. A/C, dishwasher, shower, pipes, etc. This place is 30 years old, things need to be fix. Is not our falt, they brake.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. the place is a total shack. the neighbors are loud and fight all the time and no one cares. the rental office sent us a letter stating if we resigned a lease we could take 250.00 off and never gave it to us claiming we signed a day too late. they lost our rent and we have to prove by receipt that we pay them monthly! we have never been late on rent and they treat us terribly! no one should move here!!!! i feel pitty on the fool who does. i wish i would of known how bad it would be! due to this awefull place i have even desided to move out of state when my rental agreement is up!

Things are getting far worse here. I have lived here a bit and can not believe how rude and inconsiderate the staff can be when there are problems. Being a single mom I am afraid to complain as I have no where else to go. I have to live with things not being fixed and/or wait on them to "get to it" as they are so busy! It is impossible to talk to the staff as they are short and curt. I don't know what to do as there is no where I can go with my two children.
