I lived here for about five years. It was terrible. My car was stolen and vandalized numerous times. I complained to the office about my neighbors children playing on my car and they did nothing. I was abused by my boyfriend when I lived there and they let us stay. It was great at the time seeing as how we had nowhere else to go, but in retrospect, they shouldn't have. There was trash and crackheads everywhere. This part of Mesa just sucks to begin with and it's the people living there that make it that way. Yeah, it's affordable, but you're better off paying more somewhere else.
