This place is certainly not worth the time or the waisted money! I would never rent here again! I have had so many issues. The appliances in the kitchen are old and nothing works. If you put in a work order it may go through. The doors have such a huge gap in them that you waist at least a hundred dollars of air conditioning per month. Cars have been stolen here. And, they let anyone live here. I am very aware that someone who killed a police officer was hiding out in these apartments. How safe for your kids'! I have a friend who lives here and her entire apartment was flooded and the management did nothing but bring fans in! I am sure there is mold growing in the walls that will have major medical effects on them since they are forced to still live in the apartment. I work for the law and to say the least this apartment complex does not comply with specific laws regarding safety. If need be please email me and I will send photos of the flood and the specific laws. The only good thing I can say is that management has changed and the new manager is fairly good.

I have been living at these apartments for a year, and have had no problems. Management is great, very responsive. My biggest complaint would have to be the open gate when it is a gated community. Of course cars are stolen through out the city. We live in a big city. The grounds are kept nicely, and I have no problems with my apartment, or cooling bills. I think I shall renew my lease.

Yep...I had to install my own weather stripping around the door so that I didnt spend thousands of dollars for AC...the best 5 bucks I've spent ever...
