I've been at Epernay for about two months. I actually like it. The apartment is very clean (no roaches or other bugs). The staff is friendly. They even were helping me out when I had to deal with a semi-stalker who lived in the same complex.

Parking is an issue. They won't let the tenants call to have a car towed that is in their spot. Other tenants know this and park in your spot after office hours...and at that point, nothing can be done. I don't know how true this is but they said they can't officially tow cars because we don't pay extra for our spots. I think this is them getting more money out of us, since I know they've towed cars before.

Other than that, I am content.

Oh, and they need better upkeep on their pools.
