This place was HORRIBLE. Bugs inside. Roaches outside by the pools. The pool water was GREEN several times. The staff was horrible to deal with especially Rocky - whenever we had to talk to him I felt as though I was disturbing him from something more important. Zulema likes to sugar coat everything but doesn't get ANYTHING done (4 times to get a work order done and it STILL wasn't fixed)And I belive Don hasn't a clue on anything. Parking is a nightmare; covered or not not to mention all the "mechanics" working on cars that leave NO space for the rest of us. The entire time I was there I heard that this was going to be fixed and that was going to be fixed and nothing ever happend. I actually left there with 4 months left of my lease and moved to Tempe - It was worth paying double for 4 months to NOT have to live there. Do yourself a favor - unless you're section 8 housing DO NOT LIVE there.

Not to mention they charge and extra 15 bucks per month if you want a covered parking space...what a freakin' joke...
