It's not a bad place to live if you enjoy coexisting with cockroaches, prostitutes and crackheads or enjoy the sounds of low flying air crafts and police sirens. Although, the grounds are manicured nicely, but the pool is slimy and the air condition in the gym never works. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that you are charged extra to live in a gated community yet the gates are never locked which make the back parking lot a prime place for prostitutes to pull late night tricks, and it's a good chance it's those prostitutes who have tried to break into my car multiple times.

Not to mention when the front gate IS locked, the other gate is ALWAYS wide open so the whole "gated community" thing is just a joke and false sense of security because anyone at anytime can just walk through the other gate...
