I lived there for almost 3 years. When we moved out they charged us for things that we put in the apartment, like the grate for the fireplace. They charged us for a new door or storage, when it was bad when we moved it. The carpent in there was about ten years old. they even charged us for a hole in the wall that they made when fixing our pipes that flooded the hall and dining room. Only one pool was clean and that was the one that everyone saw when they come to look at the place. I would never live there again. The only thing good about the place was the price. They also raised our rent when we were in a lease.
