i have lived here a year now and yes we are moving at the end of our lease, but it has been pretty cool living here i hav'nt had any problems with nieghbors or management, and my only complaint is the pool in phase 2 is not kept up and open, but no place is perfect, we did catch someone trying to steal a car but thats a city problem,actually if the rent was a little cheaper i would probly stay.
