I recently worked at falcon glen for
many years....

it 'use' to be a great
place to live,, patio furnture, events in
clubhouse, and grounds were kept neat
and clean.

residents living there were
good people...

Over the years the place
has gone down hill, and moreso in the
last 2 years.

With sylvia there being
manager was the worst possible person to
manage a property.

I had been thru many
managers over the years, but she was the
worst as far as being concerned on issues
of the residents..and ordering parts,,
supplies, not caring about the employees,
and the list goes on.

I left because of
her poor management, and lack of concern
for others.

I was lucky to be able to move
out of there.

There were and are many
problems there with residents, drugs, cars
stolen, and apartments broken into..on
a regular basis.

Its not a 'safe' place
by any means.

If u were to call the mesa
police department and i would advise that
before moving in..

they would inform you
of the amonut of calls made to that
property a month.

So in short, living there
is not recommended by any means.

As far as
the new 'owners' are concerned, the only
good thing they let sylvia go..

and from
what i heard they are doing a bad job of
taking over the property!! Advise' DO NOT
MOVE THERE, u will be highly disappointed.
There is also POOR lighting thru out the
property..making it an unsafe place to
walk or to leave your valuable car or items
on your patio.
