I used to work there in 2002-Oct. 2004. I know they were recently bought out by a new company, but i hear its worse than the "team" i worked with, but perhaps they will be able to make the place better. The place maybe had potential 8 years ago, but this place is beyond repair. NO lighting throughout the place, NO working pools, roach problems, bad maintenece-there were just too many things wrong! Coming from an inside perspective, I would not live there, i dont care how cheap the rent is. it is cheap for a reason-don't be deceived. I am sorry for all those people that rented at falcon glen and had to deal with all the bad stuff that went on, the manager was horrible. That's why i left, i was sick of being forced to lie to the residents. I now work at a different place, much much better and a management team that really cares. With all of my experience in property management, I would not rent here.
