We got very close to moving into this dump. We should have known that this place would give us troubles when we saw the "model". It had torn carpet, no furniture, an iron burn on the rug, and many other faults. We had a very bad feeling the day we were supposed to sign, so we told them never mind. They stole our $150 "refundable" deposit. I can undertand the $35 Application fee, but the deposit should have been returned to us!

The women in the office have no Customer Service skills. They were always rude and seemed put off when we asked questions. Whatever you do, do not move here!!! The low price is not worth it.
