Run away while you still can

I have lived here (unfortunately) for almost two years.

I pray for the day in about a month and a half when I will finally be free of the godforsaken place.

I had an active leak in my kitchen ceiling for 2 months, and they never came and fixed it despite written requests every week.

And now it has been 2 and a half months and the holes in the ceiling made by the leak are still there.

Any maintenance needed is done shoddily or takes an act of congress to actually get them to complete, and since they are older apartments, they are in need of work frequently.

My air conditioner has been broken more than it has worked.

The walls are so thin I am sure I could hold a conversation through them with my next door neighbors if they weren't so terribly unsavory.

To sum it up, don't think about it.

The management is unprofessional and avoidant, the maintenance crew is inept, and the apartments are in terrible disrepair.

Spend your money somewhere else.
