My husband and I just moved in on friday, it was a horrible experience, there were so many issues with the townhome we are in we had 30 pictures to show management.

On saturday i went to the office and told the girl there were lots of issues she gave me 2 options : my $$$ back or she can have the apartment cleaned, i told her i wanted it cleaned she told me i needed to speak with management.

My husband went down on monday and showed management the pcitures they were so prompt to get maintance out to out aptthe same day.

They are curently out right now still working on our apartment fixing everything.

Management is wonderful and so is Rob from maintance.

As for the other worker inthe office she is not.

she is very rude and not willing to help.

Overall i like the place it is a good place to live in.

very affordable
