I love the idea of the townhome..home enviroment...but
so many things are wrong with this place that it makes me
an unhappy person living here.
list of things:
1.walls and floor are very poorly built.(walls are paperthin,floors are warped,you can hear yourself walking around,)
2.the playgrounds are terrible
3.AC unit breaks down all the time.
4.Cars with loud music
5.Fast drivers
6.Cars honking
7.Car alams going off at all time of the day.
8.Wild kids in the road way with their stateboards/off road motorcycles...they dont even move when you come down.
9.Lots of dogs and cats wondering around
10.Neighbors fighting,yelling all the time.
11.to communication from management
12.office is always closed
13.girls in the office are rude,unprofessial.
14.Management just does not seem to care.
15.Maintance men only a few on site. so repairs are done a month later.and
you dont even want to let these men alone in your home. they look like they are dopers(they need a shave).

so many others....
I dont recommend this place at all.....
