We have been living here for 3 months now and have not had to much to complain about.

Yes the apartments are old and smell of tobacco but when you pay as little for an apartment as we do here I wont complain to much.

The staff for the most part is fine.

One particular girl is the rudest person on the planet but every time I have called with an issue it has been taken care of within a day.

I have no complaints and anyone who tours the grounds knows they are getting into a cheap place.

I don't see why you agree to move into a not so nice place and then complain about it.

For the money it is great.

Cheapest we found.

If money is tight and you need a big smelly place its perfect.

If smoke smell doesn't bother you it's even more perfect lol.

I wouldn't touch the pools as my own personal preference but the house is big and spacious and I like that about it.

Geez, if price is really an issue, get a cardboard box! It's free! And smells better than Falcon Glen and will be better maintained! I just cannot believe what I've read. "If you know you're living in the slums, shuddup and don't complain?" That's preposterous! If you're giving someone money for a roof over your head, do not think they are doing you a favor. They owe you a certain level of care to make sure pools are cleaned, the area is safe (the police station next door is a place where the cops stop off to refill their coffee thermoses), and the apartments maintained. If everyone there got together, you could bring a class action lawsuit, they are not doing what landlords should be doing. But, if you all want to bend over and take it, I suggest you at least stock up on Vaseline.
