I have to say, i was upset about having to pay for water and trash but when I called around to other complexes, they are chargin too..we are in desert so gotta conserve...NO one gives free cable away anymore...so, for the price of the rent and the space in the apartments..its not bad at all..i live in the back and get along wth all my neighbors..close to the pool and the staff has always been nice..there was that one rude girl but she dosent work there anymore...they really need to fix the parking lots tho
