i have lived at falcon glen for just three years now, the cost of the rent is appealing but if i knew exactly how this apartment complex was before we moved in, i would never have stepped foot on the property. the staff is completely blind to the fact that there are drugs and other crimes being committed on the property. i think they are too concerned with driving their escalades, bmw's and mercedes than caring about their tenants concerns. the light fixtures under the covered parking have not worked on minute since we moved in, even though we have addressed it several, several times. they dont address maintenance issues right away and let us go without air conditioning for 3 days in mid summer last year, because they couldnt get a part in time! they sent out notices on two occasions stating they were going to be "cleaning up the property" and "getting rid of bad tenants" we were told directly by a member of the office staff. i dont know what their version is of "cleaning up" but it has only gotten worse. we do not let our kids wander or play no further than our sidewalk. the neighborhood kids are disrespectful, loud, foul mouthed and dirty looking. the parents are just as bad. waking up to the police helicopters spotlight and police canvasing the area is not a good sign of a safe neighborhood even though there is a police substation right next door. their are potholes everywhere you drive and peoples windows are covered in confederate flags, foil, cardboard and flourescent poster boards as the front porches are littered with trash and very unappealing "furniture" thank goodness my lease is up in two months and will be out of here asap!

ex-tenant-gave my notice 1 yr ago, paid last months rent, they lost my rent, had to have money order refund minus fees. made them wait til money order was refunded,(2 weeks). paid it had eviction notice dropped in court. the mngmt asked would I be renewing my lease. I asked them why would I want to renew with a place with bad mngmt and lousy maintenance? they smiled and said have a good day then!! found cheaper rent with 900 sq ft of living space (2 br) 2 bath. love it here and managers are great. good luck on your move.
