I have to admit it is not luxury but it is worth more than what they charge for rent.

The only thing that really bothers me is the water, sewage, and trash bill but I have been shopping around and it is the same anywhere, and if they don't tell you they are charging you for it, it is because it is in the rent.

I have been here for almost two years and have had a few maintenance issues but was handled with in a normal amount of time.

Office people are cool and have been having parties in the office for us to go to for free; I really thought that was pretty sweet.

All in all I am happy here so I guess I must live somewhere else than all these other people or those people think they live in the Taj Mahal...

lol.

You must be someone that works there trying to make the place sound good... because anyone in their right mind wouldnt think that.

I have lived here for three months and really like it but i agree its not "luxury" but I knew alot of people who lived here and said they liked it so I moved in.So far so good

The Taj Mahal comment is hysterical. Given the fact that Hindus revere all life including rats, mice, and cockroaches, living at Falcon Glen truly does emulate living in an emerging Asian nation.

Can't complain now that there is new management like the original post stated. In the past we've had problems...but all in all it's getting better. And NO I don't work here and I am in my right mind.

new management sucks fat ----... what are you talking about?!? You either work for falcon glen, or your one of many tweakers/"gang bangers"/ illegals or white trash that lives here, because anyone with half a brain would not vote this place 5 stars. your f*ckin trippin. dumb son of a -----.

I am contemplating moving to falcon glen...with security on sight, police on premises, makes me more confident re the area. They dont allow felons to live there so that to me is another bonus. If you have a fixed income and are looking to live in mesa, esp.with a dog,you have limited options.I appreciate the positive comments.Thr negative ones, too. The language and unfair sharp criticism however,is annoying and makes me glad you are no longer there. In a world with so much2 turmoil,I would pay extra for good kind neighbors and deal with the maintainence problems than the other way around.
