This apartment is really a trailer park. There is a gigantic roach problem. At first one or two would show up here and there but then they were everywhere. I would open the cabinets and 10 of them would scatter which grosses me out cuz my food is in these cabinets. I would wake up in the morning turn on the lights and see about 4 on my counter 3 in my sink and about another 5 in the tub and bathroom. When I asked them to spray they would send in a guy with a spray gun and literally took about 1 and a half minutes to "spray" the entire place. Big help.....not. Next is the safety issue, I am from el paso texas so I know ghettos but this place is ridiculous. I have seen the crime investigation unit van here about 15 times. I hear fighting in the complex at all hours of the day and night, and there are always people walking around the complex, usually drunk. Now the big problem that I see is about 5 to 7 children not any older that 7 years old playing outside all day long with out an adult in sight. I have even stared out of my window to see how long it would take to see a parent come out and I couldnt even wait that long. They trash the little courtyard area that my building faces and are in danger all time. I see them pick general crap up off the floor like trash and cigarette butts and leave them outside of other peoples apartment doors for them to pick up. There is also dog crap all over the place, I guess its not entirely the residents fault (dont get me wrong its 95% their fault) but there arent any of the little pet trash stations that have the little baggies or trash cans. Dont get me wrong not every in the complex is shady but more than half are sure to have serious problems. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, ever, period.
