Fiesta Park

I've live in these apartments for almost a year and THANK GOD my lease is almost up! When I moved in, like all the other reviews say, there were roaches everywhere! It took about a month to get managment to do something about it but they (the roaches) are still here, a year later.

On top of that, I came home from work one day only to find my apartment flooded with sewer water! My apartment looked like a huge toilet! NO JOKE, my bath tub and bathroom floor were BROWN!
Not to mention, the Mesa police are regulars here.

You'd think that would give a safe feeling, but not when everytime they come someone is getting arrested.

In the past 11 months here I've heard gunshots on at least 3 different occasions, my girlfirends car was broken into, and I don't even feel safe letting her walk to her car alone anymore!

All in all, this place is the worst place I have ever lived!!! PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!
