MAJOR roach infestation.

You can keep a spotless apartment and still see dozens of roaches a day EVEN after having the place treated.

Severe water damage and emergency maintenence only speaks spanish.

Second floor walk ways have major water damage with drywall falling off.

Day labor stop for illegals.

Numeous people known to keep, deal, and make drugs on the property.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE CONDEMND!!!!!!!!!!!!
