My boyfriend lived there because it was cheap.
WHENEVER I was there I was so scared! People fighting at all hours of the night.
Scary neighbors! I made him get a pit bull to stay there with me when he wasn't there, that's how scared I was.

Its funny I remember that you receive a notice that for unauthorized pet specially a pitbull. The complex has a good security company that is always in the complex.

(in response to newyork1111) That's interesting because there are so many bitbulls around the complex. The "great" security, as you put, is one rent a cop on a bike. There used to be security every night, now it's only every now and then. I'm not sure if you've noticed, 'cause you don't seem to notice much, that instead of security or maintnence locking the laundry room at night some kid does it instead, and on special occasions the kid's dad comes with, beer in hand. Oh, just to give you a little tip, try proof reading your post before hitting send. If you don't know what proof reading is, it's this little thing that people do to check for grammar, spelling, and puntuational errors. |

I lived in this ---- hole for two years........... it was hell.......It,s like little Mexico and i'm not speaking of nice people and beaches.More like the type that would steel your wallet in a dark ally.IF YOU ARE A REPECTIBLE PERSON,LOOK ELSEWHERE!the manegers act like god just as soon you sighn you life away and if you want out, thay have a $1400.00 bye out if you can,t take-it.About the pitbull I had one the whole time I lived there and the only rule was the dog could stay for $300 diposit that you will never see again.The place is is a ghost apartment because of the bad roach prolem,the lower apartments flood due tampan back-up every few months.when your property gets ruined,the manager,s reponse is too bad. P.S. thay will try to suck as much money as they can and the manegers take things personal soo if they don,t like(AND THEY DO OPIONIZE everybody)you the managers will make your stay hell unless your an illgal from Mexico.

the place is emty so the managers don,t have a buget for security so, they only have someone once a week. Just so managers could tell new tenent that they have a safe place..............BULL ----!
