Ive been a resident of this complex for sometime already and as the years past by the managment has also. But ever since the new management company took over let me tell you they have kept there word. The staff is friendly and always in a good mood. The maintenance has improved so much its not even funny, of course they have had some problems but they get fix right away. The complex has there local naggers as you seening like the girlfriend with the pitbull, i know her and let me tell you that is not true. The mold situation is also not true. There has been water damages in some apartments but they do get fix right away. If the complex does not pay for the resident personal belongs they shouldnt because thats why they recommend each and every single resident to get renters insurance which they did not get of course. The media has been to the complex due to nagger but guess what no problems yet, as long as they keep working as they are this complex will keep improving and of course geting the trash out and bring better quality of people.

Fixed water damage? HA! I have terrible water damage from the apartment above where water leaked down my dining room wall. A giant bubble is quite visible but was told to just break the bubble and repaint. Repaint? At my expense? Break the bubble? Now that is not the correct way to fix water damage. Also my water was so filled with sediment it overheated almost causing an electrical fire in the breaker. Fortunately the safety breaker on the outside meter tripped as well as the temperature & pressure valve was tripped as it was supposed to. My carpet and surrounding walls suffered heavy water damage yet all they did was replace the water heater and did a very poor job of cleaning the carpet. Again they did not fix the water damage to the walls.
