Its definately better than when I first moved in 7 years ago.

Each apartment was bug bombed followed by spraying and baiting.

Those residents who didn't let maintenance in for this bug bombing were heavily fined by management.

My neighbor was just evicted shortly after being arrested for a major dispute with another neighbor of mine.

This new management team has zero tolerance for crime.

They also quickly respond to complaints of out of control children and put a stop to it.

Just the other day kids were playing baseball and kept hitting the ball into my window.

The office was called and immediately someone was there to take care of the problem.

Complex still has crumbling walkways after rain storms but management has informed me that the roofs are being redone and the walkways sealed.

I see landscape maintenance everyday pickup the usual bits of trash as well as tending to the landscaping.

The parking lot in the entire complex used to be in shambles but was recently dug up and totally repaved.

It's not the best the valley has to offer but for budget crunched folks like myself, it's a roof over your head.
