look point blank, unless you are an illegal, a dope fiend or a crackhead there's no reason to move here.

you can't get anything fixed right or on time, believe me i'm still waiting foir both of my bathrooms to get fixed following a pipe leak in the wall.

there are late fees that just pop up out of nowhere, even if you do pay them in fiull all of a sudden there's another ione that was never mentioned.

stabbings fights and shootongs are common place her nad no one has really beefed up security, mesa police are only here when there called, ok ever day then, but come on...

it a joke to live her just not worht i tand when my lease is up i'm out.

no i wouldnt recomend this place unless you like your rights violated.

the landlord tenant act is always ignored.

ins has been notified so has the parent management company of all the things that go on around here.

but hey if your in good with the manager you can throw a party in a vacant apartment.
