I hate this place

I have lived here for just over 2 years. It has been a nightmare since day one. The roaches were horrible. They did do some treatment a year ago, but I recently noticed more roaches. The walkways are in horrible condtion, they say that they are fixing them, but they are just appying patches, and epoxy coating to CONCRETE. It just peels off a few weeks later. The management staff is horrible!! They are rude and lazy. The -------- blast their music outside at all hours. Most of the people who live her are TRASH. They litter everywhere, they are disgusting. My electric bill is $350 a month, my a/c unit is so loud it wakes me up at night, the coolest it will get in my apt in the middle of summer is 82 degrees, even with the a/c on 24/7. When I had maintence come to check it out, they said they would not replace it and that it was the best it was going to be. I was told after I moved in that they would no longer be allowing new tenants to have pets, however a neighbor who just moved in with two dogs said that she paid the deposit and was told pets were welcome. The laundry room has like 10 washers and dryers for 320 units!! Is that crazy or what and half the time only half of them are working. ''' I am misreable here and the only reason I have stayed is because it is the only place I can afford. DONT MOVE HERE!!!
