I moved to Fiesta Park in 2003 before the new owners took over.
The place was a giant dumpster! The manager Mike was never available.
If he was, he was rude and used vulgar language.
The new owners took over a couple of years later.
They hired a new staff and made many renovations.
The best thing they ever did was to hire the manager Tina.
She almost single handedly turned the place around.
She treated everyone with respect and dignity.
I would stand on my patio and watch her whiz thru the community.
She greeted everyone with a smile and truly cared about all of us.
She went above and beyond the call of duty.
I don't think that I ever heard another resident say a negative word about her.
She's moved on but she is sadly missed.
I would like to know if she's managing another apt because I and many other residents would apply for one.
Her asst Elda on the other hand was a joke.
If you weren't Mexican, you could forget it.
Thank god she's moved on! The new manager has no idea what's going on.
Whenever i go to the office, she's got food in her mouth.
Her size prevents her from getting out of her chair.
And her supervisor, some mexican girl, is totally rude and unprofessional.
C'mon guys where did you find her at the dollar store' Things have gone downhill since Tina's departure.
My lease is set to expire soon.
The only way I would consider staying is if you rehired the previous manager.

I live near by here, that place is a total hell hole. There are ALWAYS police there, and helicopters. A section of their gate is missing and has not been replaced for once, too bad if you ask me, id rather them keep all the filth that lives there enclosed. Decent people, dont move here. However, if your a shoddy dealer or crimminal of some kind youll fit right in ! One time a man was shot in these apartments and ran over to mine up the street, proof how scary it is there. Id fear for my life if i lived here.
