I really enjoy living in these apartments, I have never lived in apartments as quiet as these. They are a good size w/patio/balcony. Inside and outside construction is in pretty good taste. I can see myself living here for some years.
I've only had two maintance problems so far. One was a constant running toliet but they fixed that the next day. The other was a leaking water heater which they promptly replaced with a brand new one.
The only downsides are that they give no grace period (Rent is due on the 1st!!)And they charge for every thing you want to do such as $150 deposit for satelite dish, $300 pet deposit ect. But overall I would reccomend this community.
