Looks great outside but nothing maintained inside units

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Don't expect a work order to be done. Always a reason why it can't be done, or that's the way it is. I have tried to have things fixed and after 2 & 3 request still nothing done. Can't wait until my lease is up...
