ISO PASSPORT insurance report rates this among the lowest crime rate in most areas, that's a plus. The building is older and stuff breaks down and leaks happen, but the maintanence is cool and efficient, for the most part. The price is low and the location is prime. It is located within Park Place association homes and far from transients, Circle Ks, Penetenturies and street walking crack whores, that's a plus. I recommend it to students, big time. There are single mothers and familys, and that's nice. The gym facillity is for appearence only, most everything is broken and little hispanic kids like to go in there and break stuff out of bordom and since they are unsupervised and the staff doesn't mind, since as I stated it's for looks. The grounds are kept up really nice, everything is groomed and cut frequently so the grounds look great all the time. I would give it higher marks but I've a run in with a few too many -------- with some kind of la rosa attitude. This is Arizona, that's to be expected. Can't knock them on the fair housing, illegals get your fake paperwork together. If you enjoy cable TV, you will be unhappy with this place. You can only get cable through some scam company that privides crappy cable feed off one junction that costs 3 times a quality cable company, thanks TVMax, you guys suck so hard. No high speed cable either, but if you know of TVMax, you know it's ghetto, big time. Still, although I plan on moving, my standards have been set pretty high because all it's faults, this place is still the best apartment I've ever rented.
