I'm reading all these reviews wondering who is writing them. I've lived in this apartment complex for years, and I have NEVER seen a roach. Not one. We live near the lake and have cricket problems seasonally, but management has been very responsive. We've never had to wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance request, and though it sometimes takes several visits to locate a problem, they're always very prompt. Pay your rent on time and you'll never have a problem with late fees or anything else. We get financial incentives each time we renew our lease. Yes, someone tried to steal my car, but I have a security system and they were unsuccessful. Plus, I don't know of ANY apartments, included gated ones, that are free from car theft problems. The school district is fantastic, with gifted programs and great teachers. I've never heard anything through the walls except when a new neighbor moves in. If I do decide to move in the future, it won't be because of anything wrong with the apartment. Trust me.
