Tried to move in and they told me it would be "No Probem" with my employment status at the time
Well, they lied. We went in, filled out the applications thinking that we were a shoe in for the place and then the Irish man behind the counter said "Sorry, it will cost you one months rent to move in" After they told me it would be no problem.
Then after that they still charged me almost $80.00 for application fee's after they gave me some B.S. Print out from the internet. Hell I could have done that for 29.95.
So I have to say, if management is going to lie to you at first without a contract in hand, who knows what they will do next.
