I am about to move in 4 months but I would probably not recommend anyone move here. The parking sucks if you live in the front buildings near University, there are not enough visitor parking spaces in the front area. My apartment got broken into. People ARE able to climb onto the 2nd floor balconies, I've seen it happen, and it has happened to me! Maintenance is good, usually prompt and does what they can to fix things. Appliances (in my apartment at least) were VERY old. Old school microwave, oven/stove, washer/dryer. Walls are thin, or I just have really loud neighbors, but I can hear their music play all the time. Guy who lived under me played his music loud all the time and I could feel the bass through the floor. I think there are too many apartment buildings to keep track of and in result less attention is paid to the buildings that actually need more supervision.
