Watch out for the electric bill

Nice place overall. Everything in the apartment broke, but they fixed it in only a few hours. By everything I am talking, dishwasher, air con, fridge, stove top, oven, waterheater, tiles, leak in the roof and so on. The heating/air is so out of date that we were paying on average 165.00 more for electric than we were for in our prev apartment that was larger. Friendly staf, but plan on paying a huge electric bill.
