The place is overpriced for what you get, and they just raised rent again. Electricity bills are huge. They claim to be "on the lake" and charge quite a bit, but there are huge ugly fences up to block everyone from getting near the water. The bbq areas are nasty. They were quick to fix things that broke in the apartment, my A/C twice, my oven, and my fridge. The a/c didn't keep the apartment even close to cool no matter what temp I set it at. Parking is very inconvienent. Your parking space is about a quarter mile from your apartment, and there are never any guest spaces open. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
