Everything is fine but the maintenance

I've got no major issue other than the poor quality/lack of maintenance. If you've no problem with fixing your own stuff then I recommend these apartments. They're kinda like a little oasis of nice community isolated in a crappy, unlikely area in NE Mesa.
However, the maintenance problem is really starting to get to me. Right now they're going through a sale of the property; and apparently the current owners don't care or are creating no incentives to get the maintenance staff increased. I've lived here for nearly 5 months now and the management has been giving me the same line about being short-staffed for the entire time now.
So yeah, if you intend to move in in the near future, don't be surprised if you find yourself fixing anything that's broken and isn't your A/C. The people with broken appliances are apparently on a waiting list to have outside service people come in on a weekly basis to do repairs.
