This is probably the worse apartment in all of Mesa. The three months I lived there was hell. The lady next to me was constantly yelling profanity and put downs at her kids and boyfriend or husband. What made it worse was the walls and ceilings being so thin you can hear every word. Neighbors all around me will use their washer and dryer at all hours of the night; it does not matter if its 2 AM. No consideration at all. The whole time I was there I had this feeling I was going to get jumped and robbed by one of the low lifes living there. Safety and security is definitely a concern here.

I drove by three weeks ago and I noticed they change the apartment name to Genoa Lakes. The outside has been repainted a different shade of brown; I say same crap and stench but different name.
