be prepared to have your keys get stuck in your locks constantly
because they are to cheap to give you a new one.
finally my key broke off twice in one week and i demanded a new one.
walls are paper thin.
constant noise complaints.
a few nice neighbors that got suckered in
but generally scum of the earth.
also they do stuff like resurface the roofs at 8 am without even a note
saying that work is going to be done.
so glad to leave this ---- hole.
you'd be better off throwing your money in the misqueto
infested "lake" outside.
FYI lake means filthy water surrounded by giant fences...
nothing is ever so pointless.
hot tub is rarely hot...
one never has water in it.
police helicopters constantly hovering over with spot lights.
also infested with stray cats... one of every color.
many neighbors had problems with cars being vandalized and stolen.
car window got smashed and parts stolen from it in the parking lot.

so basically if you work hard for your money and atually car about keeping your car
"LA VALENCIA/GENOA LAKES APARTMENTS" is not for you.
