I have lived at Genoa Lakes for almost 2 years and like it. We have a 3 bedroom since we have kids. We looked at tons of apartments and chose this one because the floorplan was huge. The bedrooms are slpit apart which we liked and it is close to the park and school my kids attend. The staff is nice and my kids like to vist the office to get movies and talk to the staff. They also like the cookies! We even refered someone here and when they moved in we got $100 off our rent. Every little bit helps when you have a family to support...
