I think Genoa Lakes does a very good job maintaining the place. Considering the last apartment I lived in, which was not so great, I have had no problems. I like my neighbors and the office staff has been nothing but nice to me and my family. We use the pool daily so I am not sure why the other person said they are trashed... Keep up the good work Genoa Lakes I am satisfied with where I live!
