There are alot of apts in Mesa- I looked at most of them! When I first looked at the apts at Genoa Lakes I thought they were nice-different from the others i had seen. Bigger, newer, and in a good location. what sold it for me was I got to see the actual apt I was moving into. I also saw the model but it was great to see the apt that I was renting. Close to parking, the pool, and office. I moved here in November and I love it. The office has a great feel to it- warm and friendly staff willing to help me if I need anything. I will be renewing my lease because of the experience I had.
