I want to commend the Genoa Lakes staff. They were extremly helpful with my transition into my apartment. Ellen was very personable and friendly. She took alot of time before going on vacation to make sure my application and such was completed and ready for me to move in. She made it as easy as possible to get transitioned into our apt. I also want to thank Brandon the maintenance person who responded to our request in such a prompt manner. Again thanks to such an awesome staff and we look forward to a long time here.
